Your credit card will show a charge to KayDee Designs ~ we are 'Doing Business as KayDee Designs  just as it appears on the web under Accents 2 Scrapbooking.     We can only accept personal checks from those living in our local area, unless arrangements have been made.

**Check orders will have a large delay.  Your order will not be processed until we have received the check and it has cleared the bank.  Then your order will be processed and shipped as normal.  If you are in a hurry for your items this is not the way to pay for your order.**
 

All shipping rates apply to US only.  International orders will have additional shipping charges applied.  We will email all international customers with a  final cost before processing payment.   INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE USE THE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTION AT CHECKOUT !  Not doing so will delay your order.  We can no longer accept PayPal Orders from International Customers without confirmation of their order first, as we have had to many problems with shipping charges.  International Customers are asked to e-mail us with their orders before placing them to receive a final cost first.   This is definitely to your benefit to obtain correct shipping cost before paying!  We are very sorry for this inconvience.

Orders may be placed using the online shopping cart, emailing us at orders@accents2scrapbooking.com, by phoning 1-954-206-3933, or by faxing your order to 1(815)-361-4130.  Each way is secure. 
For email orders, please do not give out your credit card information in the email.  We will call to confirm your order and take payment information at that time.  E-mailing them is not safe and secure, so please don't take the risk with your CC information.
 

We ship orders every 48 hours. Our store is closed Saturday and Sunday and every holiday.    It is taking about 3 to 5 days for orders to arrive where Priority mail is used. We are located in Michigan, so you can figure approximate delivery time from there.  STANDARD MAIL CAN TAKE 3 TO 6 WEEKS TO REACH IT'S DESTINATION!

Our preferred shipping method is Priority unless you choose the Regular option.   Regular is only available for stickers and some light weight items.  If you wish to use the regular mail option please know it could take as long as 3-6 weeks to have it delivered.

Back Orders.  Yes there is such a thing!  When a item is on backorder a customer representative will contact you by e-mail and let you know what item is on back order and an approximate ship time if possible.  You will be asked it you want to continue your order process or to look around and see if you can find your product elsewhere quicker. You order will not be processed until we have confirmation from you that you would like to continue.  You will be kept informed on the process of your backorder and also notified when it does ship by a shipping receipt.  Please note if you do not e-mail us back after we make 3 attempts your order we will have no choice but to cancel your order.  We will not ship backorders without your permission to do so.   Don't worry if there was a problem and you were not able to get a hold of us, just let us know and we will be happy to continue to fill your order, even after it was cancelled.
