we encourage our customers to e-mail questions to us as e-mails are answered
quicker and will take less time. We have someone monitoring e-mail at all times
and it is easier than playing phone tag and less time consuming to our customer
service and our customers. We will call you concerning your orders if it
is
necessary to do so and a time to call has been arranged.
All questions or problems with orders will first be addressed by sending a
e-mail to the customer. We will send them for a period of two weeks. If no one returns
our e-mails then we will
cancel the order within 2 days. It is very important that you give us
correct e-mail addresses to a working mailbox. We will not sell, trade or
use your e-mail address for any other reason except to contact you concerning
your order. If we cannot contact you by e-mail and we cannot reach you by phone,
then your order will be cancelled after 3 weeks. Please note that if your order
has been canceled we will happily fill it once we have the information we needed
to continue processing your order. If you are having a problem with
your order or have not received it and have not received a message back from us
please check your junk mail or e-mail filters to make sure that our messages
have not gone into those boxes.
